Booking: - Any quotation is valid for 30 days - Abuzz Dynamics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking without prejudice or explanation. Payment: - Full payment is due prior to occupancy. - All funds must be cleared and available in the Abuzz Dynamics business bank account prior to access.
Cancellation: - Up to 30 days prior a 20% cancellation fee applies on the total value of the booking. - Less than 30 days and more than 1 week prior to arrival a 50% cancellation Fee applies on the total value of the booking. - Less than 1 week prior to arrival there will be no refund unless documentation is provided supporting extreme circumstances. - If eviction occurs, then a written explanation will be provided but no financial refund will be given.
