Cancellation:
- Up to 30 days prior, a 20% cancellation fee applies
on the total value of the booking.
- Less than 30 days and more than 1 week prior to
arrival, a 50% cancellation fee applies on the total
value of the booking.
- Less than 1 week prior to arrival, there will be no
refund unless documentation is provided supporting
extreme circumstances.
- If eviction occurs, then a written explanation will be
provided, but no financial refund will be given.
